Le Petit Spelling Bee

Félicitations!! Well done to Daniel and Joana from year 6 who absolutely smashed it last Friday at OAT’s National Final of Le Petit Spelling Bee competition held at the University of Cambridge! Daniel and Joana came 1st and 2nd respectively in the competition and we couldn’t be prouder of them. They each had to correctly indentify and spell French words from a list of 60 previously learnt. It was a full day, beginning with a tour, talk and lunch at Gonville and Caius College, before the competition in the afternoon. It was an amazing day for Daniel, Joana, their parents and Madame Elliott!
